    Nagyon jó

     ·  The rooms are very basic but clean, the bed was comfy enough. The towels are fresh.
     ·  1. Very poor customer care : My reservation made on Booking 2 +weeks before the visit was for a double room , this was dismissed by the property. The receptionist was quick to blame this on Booking.com and was resistant to change the room. Very blunt woman. The owner was equally dismissive of the error occurred. Not much choice provided , ended up in an internal room ) feels like a cupboard with a window high up on the ceiling 2 please be aware that the check out is at 11:00 and not at 12:00 as stated at booking . 3. The shower tray was blocked, gathering water to my ankles, the one housekeeper seem was not keen to take much notice. 4,. Internal stairs unsuitable for people with mobility problems and luggage, 5. No kettle or other rea coffee making facilities. , there is one shared fridge for all rooms on the landing.
